The following is a list of some of our additional teambuilding ideas. We also develop and design custom
events specific for your audience and objectives.
Following is a brief synopsis of each of these sessions:
Building the Course (1 to 2 hours)
Teamwork requires collaboration as well as individual achievement. This activity utilizes the familiar business activity of puttputt golf to demonstrate this. Putt-Putt golf hole construction teams are formed and the activity is set up something like this:
You have been contracted by a crazy billionaire to construct one hole of a new Putt-Putt golf course. Of course, he thinks that the new fad will be playing golf inside; therefore, you need to design and construct your model Putt-Putt hole. He intends to build courses all around the world and wants to see how creative and unique your construction team can be. Good luck!
After the teams complete the building of the courses, the fun really begins as teams get to compete in a round of PuttPutt golf.

The Customer Flag (1 hour)
In this activity, teams create a customer flag to use as a reminder of the priority of great customer service. Flags are used as symbols to represent pride and vision. Individuals will have to work as a team to create a customer flag that represents their teams pride and vision surrounding great customer service. This is a fun event, which allows people to mingle and get to know one another on a different level.
Focuses on:
- Interpreting corporate direction
- Building team consensus
- Understanding customer requirements
- Effect an individual can have on the overall team

The Great Customer Save (1.5 hours)
Teamwork is designed to give customers better service. In this activity, teams work together to build a machine which will deliver their customer safely through a hazardous environment. Of course their customer is a raw egg and the environment is an eight-foot fall onto a hard surface. Teams have limited time and materials to accomplish this task. Teams must also create a sales pitch highlighting the benefits of their device and present that to the entire group. Team members must work together in order to succeed at this event.

Trolleys (30 minutes)
Team members must be in sync with each other in order to perform to their fullest. This exercise demonstrates that point by making teams navigate a course while on large team skis. Having different constraints put on team members, such as being blindfolded, turned around backwards, and silenced, further complicates this event.

- Improving cooperation on the team
- The power of coordinated effort
- Overcoming barriers

The Choice is Yours (45 minutes)
People always have a choice to work together ... or to try to go at it alone. This event requires small teams try to maximize their profit by competing or cooperating with three other groups. Players go through a series of ten rounds where they earn money by choosing either an X or a Y, and depending upon the response of the other three teams, they either earn money or lose money. Teams have time to negotiate between rounds, but cannot see the other teams responses until all responses are done. This event is about trust, cooperation, working together and maximizing profit in the new business world.
Focuses on:
- Building trusts in a competitive situation
- The power of cooperation
- Working together and maximizing profit
- Short term versus long-term thinking and behaviors

Acid River Rescue (1 hour)
Teams often are pulled together to accomplish an important task or project. This event has teams saving a small child who has been stranded on an island surrounded by an acid river. Teams must figure out how to rescue the child using only the limited supply of boards that they have. The river is rising fast, so teams are challenged to accomplish this task quickly. Teams also find that they can accomplish this task much easier if they cooperate with other teams, instead of competing.
Focuses on:
- Cooperation vs. Competition
- Looking at the big picture versus singular goals
- Working together
- Out of the box thinking
